High Desert Golf Lab was designed for golfers by PGA Golf Professionals. Mike Peterson and Justin Henderson combine for over 50 years’ experience as PGA Golf Professionals. Both owners have worked at some of Prescott’s most popular golf courses. We are now taking our expertise off course by providing an unrivaled indoor golf simulator experience.
HD Golf Lab is Prescott’s one stop shop for a full array of professional services offering: regripping, re-shafting, iron and putter loft & lie adjustment, golf lessons and golf club fitting from the most popular golf club manufactures.
Professional Experience
Mike Peterson is an Associate Member of the Professional Golfers Association working on his way to becoming a PGA Member. Mike grew up around the golf business as his mother is long time member of the PGA and well know golf instructor in Phoenix. Mike’s passion for the golf business and teaching the game has led him to his most recent position as Head Golf Professional at Antelope Hills Golf Course. He has been a leader in the Prescott Golf Community teaching our youth in summer camps, PGA Jr. League and working with our local Veterans hosting multiple PGA Hope Veteran golf programs. Mike will be instrumental in leading our instructional programs at the High Desert Golf Lab.
Justin Henderson has been a Professional Golfers Association Member for 36 years. His work experience started at Desert Forest Golf Club in Carefree. He has held positions as Head Golf Professional at StoneRidge Golf Course, Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club, Prescott Golf Club and most recently as the General Manager at Antelope Hills Golf Course. He has been teaching golf for over 36 years and has taught new players, female players, senior adults with physical limitations, Prescott High School girls varsity players, and fellow golf professionals. He has a passion for the game of golf and loves to share that passion with all golfers.
